Overview[]

The AK-47 is a weapon you can pick up from the ground, which can be dropped from zombies, created from the road or from furniture. The AK-47 is a 2 shot burst gun with high damage. Like all other weapons, you can pick up an AK-47 with higher tiers on ground. The AK-47 is picked up in slot 1.

Stats[]

The AK-47 is arguably one of the best primary guns in the game, because of its balanced fire rate and high damage. The 2 burst can easily kill all early-mid game zombies, and with the AK-47 perk it can become very overpowered.

Advantages[]

  • Has high damage and medium penetration.
  • Wastes less ammo than the machine gun.
  • Can reach enemies at long ranges.
  • Has a very high fire rate.

Disadvantages[]

  • The 2 burst can waste extra bullets when killing many zombies. Recommended to use the pistol before 400 zombies.
  • High bullet spread, which can make hard to hit enemies.

AK-47 Upgrade +1 and +2

Increases the effectiveness of the AK-47.

Trivia[]

  • The AK-47 in ShootUp.io acts like the AN-94 in surviv.io, firing bullets in 2 shot bursts.
  • In the real-life, AK-47 acts more like the ShootUp.io machine gun, firing continuously.
  • On the game files, it is referred to as "AK-470", "AK-471", "AK-472" and "AK-47". However, the 471 and 472 variants are both talking about their respective AK-47 Damage Boost level, being 1 and 2.
