Overview[]
Zombies are an enemy in Shootup.io. They are very common, often spawning in large clusters. They move relatively slowly and deal little damage, but move faster and deal more damage as levels progress.
Zombies have different appearances, they can exist as either boy or girl. There can also spawn the zombie tank variant, which is a stronger version of the normal zombie.
Tips[]
- Try to run every so often, and try to not let any zombies swarm you.
- If you stop shooting for a while, zombies stop chasing you from across the map. Use this to get health, potions, items, and weapons.
- They still chase you if you get close enough, so be careful!
- Zombies only spawn on the road, so if you are AFKing, try to stay away from there!
- If you have not fired a gun at all, zombies will take no interest in you.

- Try to keep your speed above the zombies' to avoid death.
- If you have a swarm of zombies chasing you, do not try to enter as building. They will trap you and you will die.
- However, if you get lucky you can glitch out of the building and be spared a death. This is a bug, and it WILL be patched, so do not rely on it.
Trivia[]
- If you are a low level and zombies are chasing a high level player, they will still appear as low level zombies but move fast. The same occurs vice versa. However, they will change to your current level once they start chasing you.
